Good News for Indian MLM Companies — Government Announces New Rule
Indian MLM companies are defamed for their tricky schemes which affect the overall reputation of the direct selling network marketing industry while it is actually meant to offer products or services at a cheaper price to customers by removing the middle agents.
That’s why Government always remained very strict against the pyramid scheme and money circulating schemes. But, now to make the industry profitable and safe for both the customers and the companies, nodal consumer affairs ministry has notified that MLM companies can grow their market by ensuring that they have a valid and useful product and they have proper return, exchange and replacement policy along with a simple grievance redressal system. Also that the companies complies with Consumer Protection Rules, 2021 for Direct Selling.
Of course the new rule has came up with some restrictions; but overall it will cheer up the MLM industry, specially those which runs with a legitimate network marketing scheme.
During the pandemic, when most of the people are searching for quick cash at hand, several network marketing companies generally trap people with several vague pyramid schemes which eventually bankrupt the members.
So, now people also can join these direct selling companies without fear and literally it can help the rural India uplifting their lifestyle by making some easy money without any restriction of age, education, or community.
